When booking private rentals for my mother assured me it was a way to take down the wheelchair and a belt for them. When the time came taxi picked him up and got him a wheelchair in the car, but not a sharper action against, or provide a belt, so that I feel very insecure. Is it against the law in the United Kingdom for a disabled passenger in a wheelchair without having to run the floor and a safety belt when installed in the car?

By enforcing the law and not just their offices in the city, to the EU, but the council must be the law. ReplyDeleteFrom personal experience, I think it is still a "gray". New vehicles must have installed the devices, but the driver did not apply. If you feel as a passenger have the responsibility to put the brackets, use and so on. In the real world, when you need a wheelchair and taxis too easy to feel "grateful" that there is always someone willing to bear. I will not go into a confrontation with a driver who knows his work and responsibility.
